Balcony/deck maintenance inspections and repair

The Capitol Services Maintenance Team have been onsite since late December 2011, inspecting all balconies/decks for needed repairs.

Please move all items away from edge of the unit's balcony/deck; as BRC, Management, and the contractor will not be responsible for replacement of damaged items left in these areas or surrounding areas.
